Kaley has been the steady, welcoming presence behind the front desk since December 2023. As Salon Manager, she ensures everything flows seamlessly — from your first call to your final checkout (she keeps things smooth in more ways than one).

Originally from Gainesville, Florida and raised in Waynesville, NC, Kaley brings both Southern warmth and mountain-grounded calm to the salon. She loves being part of the very beginning and end of each guest’s experience, carefully scheduling every appointment with intention so you can relax knowing you’re in good hands before you even sit in the chair.

Kaley has a gift for remembering the little things — your favorite drink, a story about your last vacation, even your phone number before she answers. Her goal is simple: to make every guest feel seen, cared for, and completely at ease as they prepare to receive the ultimate service.

Outside of the salon, Kaley enjoys cooking and learning about food, believing that what we put into our bodies is just as important as how we care for ourselves on the outside. She adapts to the seasons in all things — coffee in the cooler months, tea in the warmer ones — and finds joy in life’s small rituals. At home, she’s a proud cat mom to Ragnar and Fern and could happily talk about them all day.

Quirky, friendly, and a little quiet, Kaley is the grounding energy that helps keep our space feeling organized, intentional, and welcoming from start to finish.

1. I’ve played clarinet since I was 10 and I’m part of the Mountain Winds community band.
